Challenge

Construction audits relied on manual, paper-based handovers between engineers and auditors, with only a basic product underneath. Document exchange and on-site checks had no reliable, compliant place to live — which slowed inspections, raised the risk of errors and compliance gaps, and left the platform with no room to grow.

Outcome

A clear, compliant, RTL-first audit platform covering document exchange, on-site inspections and role-based workflows, built on reusable components (Gantt, Kanban, tables, messenger) the team could extend.

Impact

Audits got a reliable digital place to run, and the standard components let the company keep adding new modules in a consistent way — turning a basic tool into a product that could scale.
