PIXO aimed to digitize the construction audit process between engineers and auditors, but only had a minimal backend and frontend when I joined. The goal was to design a clear, compliant interface for document exchange and on-site inspections.
I developed service blueprints to understand interactions between several roles. After the UI kit adaptation, I built interactive prototypes, and validated key flows with users. Inspired by project-management tools, I introduced reusable patterns — Gantt, Kanban, tables, and messenger — allowing the team to later build new modules independently.
The redesign delivered PIXO's first fully functional and scalable product interface with an 81/100 usability score. Standardized components ensured consistency across future modules.
